Privacy Policy

Updated October 25, 2026 · Account-policy version 2026-09-21

Kingpin Digital LLC uses personal information only to operate, secure, support, and improve the game. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

1. Who operates the game

Dungeon Ledger is owned and operated by Kingpin Digital LLC. Kingpin Digital LLC is the controller of the personal information described here, including account and previous invitation records. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Kingpin Digital LLC. Signed-in players can contact the operator, download an account archive, and submit privacy requests through the in-game Privacy Center.

For support or privacy questions, including when you cannot sign in, contact Kingpin Digital LLC at Support@Dungeon-Ledger.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account email address, display name, account identifier, and policy acceptance records.
  • Previously submitted pre-registration email addresses, submission dates, and any separate optional choice to receive development and launch news. Those submissions did not create game accounts.
  • For earlier invitation requests: your Discord user identifier, invitation reservation and redemption records and dates, and any game account linked to that invitation. Registration is now open without an invitation.
  • Guild saves, characters, inventory, progression, achievements, and game settings.
  • Guild names, profile details, chat and direct messages, mail, market listings and trades, Arena results, reports, appeals, and moderation history.
  • Login, session, security, anti-abuse, device, browser, and network information such as IP addresses.
  • Purchase and entitlement records. Payment providers process payment-card details; Dungeon Ledger is not designed to store full card numbers.
  • Messages and information submitted through support, reporting, and privacy-request tools.

3. Why we use it

  • Provide accounts, cloud saves, multiplayer features, customer support, and purchases.
  • Contact previously pre-registered visitors about game availability and, only when separately selected, occasional development and launch news.
  • Authenticate players, prevent fraud, cheating, spam, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Support accounts created through earlier invitations and respond to requests concerning those historical records.
  • Review reports and relevant activity, moderate community features, detect prohibited real-money trading, and enforce the Terms of Service, including suspensions and bans.
  • Maintain backups, diagnose failures, balance the game, and protect service reliability.
  • Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on performing the game service, legitimate interests in operating and securing it, legal obligations, or consent where specifically requested.

4. Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, databases, private object storage, real-time connections, and account email delivery. During the migration and testing period, a legacy game copy may be hosted through OpenAI's ChatGPT Sites service. If payments are enabled, the provider identified at checkout may process the transaction under its own privacy notice. Providers receive access needed to perform their services.

Our optional Discord community uses Discord's service. Discord processes interactions and direct messages under its own privacy notice. You do not need to join Discord to create a game account.

5. Sharing

Public guild profile information and player-created community content may be visible to other players as part of the game. This includes guild names, public chat, market listings, and battle results where those features display them. Direct messages and reports are not public, but recipients and authorized staff may see relevant content to deliver the feature, investigate reports, or protect the service. We may also disclose data to service providers, when required by law, to protect players or the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell player personal information.

6. Cookies and email choices

The game uses essential secure cookies for sign-in, account continuity, fraud prevention, and security. One-time sign-in emails are transactional account messages. Earlier pre-registration submissions stored email addresses for testing invitations independently of game accounts. Any optional news choice remains separate from account creation and sign-in. We do not currently require advertising cookies to play.

7. Retention and deletion

Account and gameplay data are generally retained while an account is active. Short-lived login challenges expire quickly. Security, transaction, trade, moderation, and audit records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, prevent ban evasion or fraud, handle appeals, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect other players. A suspension or ban does not itself delete an account. Private operational backups rotate on a limited schedule, so deleted information may remain in a restricted backup until that backup expires or is overwritten.

Earlier pre-registration and invitation records are kept only while needed for the stated account-support, security, and communication purposes, and removed when no longer needed or after a verified removal request, subject to limited backup retention.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to appeal or complain to a regulator. Use the Privacy Center to download available account data or submit a verified request. Signed-in players can use the Privacy Center even if gameplay is suspended. We may retain limited records when law permits or requires it, including payment, fraud, security, moderation, and records involving the rights of other players.

If you pre-registered without a game account, email Support@Dungeon-Ledger.comto request access to or removal of your entry, or to withdraw the optional news choice. We may verify control of the email address before acting on a request.

If you requested an invitation but have not created a game account, you can also email Support@Dungeon-Ledger.comabout your earlier invitation records. Include your Discord user identifier, not account credentials. We may ask you to verify control of that Discord account before acting.

9. Age requirement

Players must be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit children to create accounts. Do not submit personal information for a child through another person's account.

10. Security and international processing

We use access controls, encrypted transport, protected account cookies, private storage, abuse limits, backups, and staff audit controls designed to protect player data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Providers may process data in countries other than the player's country, subject to applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

11. Changes

Material changes will receive a new policy version and notice in the game. Players may be asked to acknowledge the updated policy before continuing to use a signed-in account.
